Mission & Experience
My mission is to help collegiate esports programs achieve sustainable competitive success through effective coaching, structured development systems, and coach education. I am passionate about helping people learn and grow, and I work to build the culture, processes, and leadership foundations that allow programs to develop players, empower coaches, and sustain long-term success beyond any single season.
I have been playing Rocket League since 2015 and have maintained Supersonic Legend status since Season 1. Since beginning my coaching career in 2020, I have accumulated more than 1,000 hours of individual and team coaching experience.
My coaching experience includes guiding West Virginia University to a Collegiate Rocket League World Championship appearance, a CCA Summer Series Championship, and back-to-back NACE National Championships. I have also coached teams through RLCS Open Qualifiers to reach Top 16 Main Events, helping players and teams compete at the highest levels of collegiate and amateur Rocket League.
My background also includes a minor in psychology with a concentration in learning, as well as a US Soccer coaching license, which strengthens my approach to player development, team culture, and performance coaching.

I work with programs to build repeatable coaching and development systems centered around rotational concepts, practice design, and player growth. The result is a sustainable framework that supports long-term success without requiring continuous coaching support.
Program Development & Consulting
I work with esports directors and program leaders to strengthen the foundation of their programs through coach education, leadership development, recruiting strategy, and player development systems. The goal is to create a culture and structure that supports long-term competitive success.
